How much do services cost?
FEES ARE AS FOLLOWED
- $15 PER SIGNATURE FOR ALL DOCUMENTS (NOT RELATED TO LOAN DOCUMENT PACKAGES)
- $175-$250 FOR LOAN DOCUMENT PACKAGES (PRICE VARIES WITH MILEAGE AND TRAVEL)
- TRAVEL RATES ARE $15.00 WITHIN 10 MILE RADIUS OF area code 92881. Anything outside of 10 miles can be negotiated
- $25-$75 surcharge FOR late night, early morning OR HOLIDAY hours.
